Cornerstone Information Systems, Inc. has purchased from Dark Fiber Solutions and DFS Technologies (DFS) the opportunity to hire its employees and the opportunity to pursue business with DFS customers. DFS will no longer provide technology services or products after February 20, 2012.
Philip Tillman, Cornerstone’s CTO, said, “We appreciate the trust that DFS has placed in Cornerstone and have made every assurance to DFS and its customers that any services previously provided by DFS will be available through Cornerstone.”
Tillman continued, “We hope previous DFS customers will consider Cornerstone for all their technology needs including computers, networking, wireless, surveillance cameras, video conferencing and software development.”
David Smith, Cornerstone’s CEO said, “Cornerstone has served Western Kentucky and Tennessee for over 27 years, and had 30 employees before the addition of DFS employees. After the DFS employees join our team, we will have over 40 employees. Cornerstone provides a wide range of technology services to a client base of over 700 businesses.”
DFS previously provided voice communication products, network cabling, computer repair, and service to businesses and residential customers. Previous DFS customers with immediate technology needs, should contact Cornerstone at 270-885-9011 or 800-264-9011 to request service.
